Some days you're going to have to force yourself to laugh in the face of failure. Love yourself while simultaneously wanting to barf at the thought of everything you've done. Move one foot in front of the other even though the horizon looks ominous. Keep your head up even though you're dying of embarrassment. Show up even when you feel you have nothing good to give.
